检察机关案件管理工作机制的构建

Construction of Case Management Mechanism in Procuratorial Organs

当前,办案效率有限、内部监督乏力、人员得不到合理调配等问题成了制约检察工作科学发展的瓶颈。面对这种形势,各地检察院相继成立了案件管理中心,以达到提高办案效率,强化办案质量的目的。检察机关案件管理中心处在运行初期和探索阶段,应加强对案件管理工作的重视,做好案件管理流程和案件质量监督,并通过"一站式"窗口提供集中服务,更好地发挥基层案件管理中心的功能。

At present,the problems,such as limited efficiency in handling cases ,weak internal supervision ,and per-sonnel without reasonable allocation ,have become a bottleneck restricting the scientific development of procuratorial work.Faced with this situation ,local procuratorial organs have established the case management center so as to im-prove work efficiency and strengthen the quality of case handling .The case management center in procuratorial or-gans is in the early stages of operation and exploration .We should increase attention to case management work , strengthen the supervision on case management processes and quality ,provide centralized services through “one-stop” window ,and better play the functions of grassroots ’ case management center .
