The process of investigation is an important stage in investigating a crime ,arresting criminals,and making conviction and sentencing .Interrogation is the most important investigative techniques .During the trial , the non -verbal behavior captured by video surveillance can reflect the criminal suspects ’ psychology .Analysis on the non-verbal behavior of criminal suspects ’ psychology can guide the interrogators to adjust interrogation techniques and strategies .In order to protect human rights of criminal suspects and prevent the interrogators from abusing their pow-er, video surveillance should be given standardized requirements .
