Periodic Analysis of the Development of Social Organizations in Recent 20 Years in China——Taking Non-governmental Organization Development in Liaoning as an Example

辽宁社会组织发展是我国民间组织发展的一个缩影。以辽宁社会组织发展的实际情况为依据,可以透视近二十年中国地方社会组织发展的曲折历程。该历程总体上看共经历了三个阶段,即萌发阶段、发展阶段和升级阶段。前两个阶段已然过去,第三阶段正在展开。目前民间组织发展处于历史转折点上,虽然目前面临一些问题,但方向明晰。民间组织发展政策的利好、发展条件的改善和渐进发展过程的加快则更是具有共性的趋势,就具体领域的社会组织而言,其发展的利钝成败,取决于自身而非环境,此意应当引为共识。

Development of social organizations in Liaoning is an epitome of the development of non-governmental organizations in our country. Based on the actual situation of Liaoning social organization development, we can see the tortuous course of development of Chinese local social organizations. The course has generally experienced three stages,namely the germination stage, developing stage and upgrade stage. The first two stages have already passed and the third stage is being carded out. The ngo development lies in a historical turning point at present, although it is facing some problems, the direction is clear. There is a common trend such as better policy, improvement of development and gradual development speed. In terms of social organizations in the concrete f field, the development of the success or failure depends on their own rather than the environment, which should lead to consensus.
