积极心理视域下高校贫困生心理健康问题的体育干预

Sports Intervention of Mental Health Problems of Impoverished College Students from the Perspective of Positive Psychology

针对高校贫困大学生的心理健康,提出从积极心理学的视角,运用体育活动,发展贫困大学生的积极经验,培养积极心理品质,营造积极向上的校园文化环境,可以有效地达到"心理扶贫"的目的,提高贫困大学生的心理健康水平。

Aiming at mental health of the impoverished college students, this paper attempts to develop positive psychology, cultivate a positive psychological quality and create a positive campus culture environment by means of the sports activities from the perspective of the positive experience, which can effectively achieve the purpose of ＂helping the poverty from the psychological aspect ＂,and improve the level of mental health of impoverished college students.
