浅谈毕业生在就业中面临的选择问题及调整措施

Selection Problem in Graduates' Employment and Its Adjustment Measures

目前大学生就业难问题,一方面是由于毕业生人数逐渐增加以及就业市场劳动力饱和造成的;另一方面,毕业生本身亦存在选择困难的问题。这些问题的出现,原因有很多种,社会的压力与紧迫感、毕业生自身综合素质的欠缺、家庭的矛盾与阻力等等,都有可能成为毕业生就业难的内在因素。面对诸多压力,如何帮助毕业生走出就业难的困境,找到有效的调整措施,也成为高校教师需要研究的重要课题。

Currently the employment situation is becoming more serious. On one hand, it is due to the increasing of the number of graduates and labor and employment market saturation;On the other hand, due to graduates＇ selection difficulty. The emergence of these problems may have a lot of reasons, such as pressure of society and sense of urgency, the lack of comprehensive quality, contradictions and resistance of family and so on. Which has become the inner elements of difficulties of finding a job. Therefore, how to help these graduates out and find out effective measures have been our future research issues.
