摘要
职业教育学生厌学是近年来职业教育中的突出问题之一。厌学问题的产生与学生自身、教学模式与教学水平有着密切的关系。在探讨解决这个问题的过程中,通过择取心理动力学中"动机、行为质量与行为效果关系"为视角,剖析了职业教育学生厌学的内部动机以及学习行为质量对其厌学产生的影响,在此基础上就如何激发职业教育学生的学习动机和提高其学习行为质量以调动他们的学习积极性与主动性,提出了具体可操作的解决方法。
The school-weary of vocational education students is one of the outstanding problems of the vocational edu- cation in recent years. The generation of school-weary problem has close relationship with such factors as students themselves, teaching mode and teaching level. In the discourse of the solution to this problem, the perspective from relationship between motive ,behavior quality and behavior effect is chosen to analyze the school-weary's internal moti- vation and how learning behavior quality influences the school-weary about vocational education students, and based on these analysis, concrete operational solutions are put forward to mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of students in vocational education in terms of how to stimulate their learning motive and improve the quality of their learning behavior.
