摘要 概述了聚丙烯(PP)树脂中挥发性有机物(VOC)的主要组成和产生来源。重点探讨了PP聚合残留物和PP树脂降解对PP树脂中VOC含量的影响。综述了控制PP树脂中VOC含量的研究进展,分别从聚合工艺和助剂优化、吸附法、聚合物脱挥法等方面阐述了降低PP树脂中VOC含量的技术。通过在各个阶段协同控制PP树脂中的VOC含量将成为今后重要的研究方向之一。 The composition and origin of volatile organic compounds(VOC) in polypropylene(PP) resin were introduced. The effects of organic residue in the polymerization process and the degradation of PP resin on the content of VOC in PP were discussed. In addition,the progresses in control technology for VOC in PP,namely the optimization of polymerization process and additives,adsorption methods and the polymer devolatilization were reviewed. The coordination control of the VOC content in every stage of the polymer production will be an important research direction in the future.
