摘要
以某型涡扇发动机为被试对象,利用飞行试验进行发动机空中停车试验,录取了发动机停车过程的主要参数,分析了高压换算转速、总增压比等参数与高度和速度的关系,并考察了停车前发动机功率对停车过程参数的影响。结果表明:从稳定风车状态得出的关系式不能直接用于停车过程参数变化的解释;随着停车时间的增加,风车转速降低,高压换算转速随马赫数变化的幅值越来越大,而停车过程高压换算转速受高度变化的影响,则主要体现在停车初始时刻;停车过程中,总增压比随高压换算转速的变化关系主要受马赫数的影响,受高度的影响很小;随着发动机转速逐渐靠近稳定风车转速,总增压比P3*/P0逐渐减小并接近1.0,且马赫数越低,总增压比P3*/P0越接近1.0;不同功率状态停车对于停车过程参数的影响与不同高度的影响相似,主要体现在停车初始时刻。
In this paper,we have recorded the main parameters of a turbofan engine during inflight shutdown process,and analyze the relationships between engine parameters and altitude or speed,and investigate the influence of engine power before shutdown on the engine parameters.The results show that the relations derived from the steady windmill state cannot be directly used in analyzing the parameter changes during inflight shutdown.With the shutdown time increasing,the windmilling speed is reduced,the amplitude and core corrected speed varies with Maher number is larger,and the influence of altitude is mainly embodied in the initial time of shutdown.The total pressure ratio is mainly affected by the Maher number.With the engine speed gradually close to the stable windmilling speed,the total pressure ratio,P3^*/P0,decreases and closes to1,and the lower Maher number,the closer to 1.The affect of engine power on the engine parameters is mainly reflected in the shutdown initial time,and it is the same to the altitude effect.
