摘要
盐雾试验的目的是考核产品或金属材料的耐盐雾腐蚀性能,盐雾试验结果也是对产品质量的判定,是正确衡量产品或金属抗盐雾腐蚀质量的关键依据。高温盐雾试验装置采用伯努利原理,空气的加湿加热采用亨利定律,工作温度为RT+10℃-200℃,喷嘴为石英玻璃烧制而成。
The salt spray test is a standardized test method used to check corrosion resistance of coated samples（metallic parts of products）.Salt spray test is widely used in the industrial sector for the evaluation of corrosion resistance of finished surfaces or parts.High temperature salt spray testing equipment uses Bernoulli＇s principle,and Henry＇s law is used in the process of humidifying and heating of the air.Working temperature is RT＋10℃-200℃,and the spray nozzle is made from quartz glass.
