摘要
《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》(以下简称《指南》)是在学前教育跨越式发展的大背景下,国家制定的旨在提升幼儿园教师专业素养,提高幼儿教育质量的重要文件。它对幼儿园教师专业素养提出了更高的要求,对幼儿园教师职前培养课程设置与职后培训具有直接的重要指导意义。幼儿园教师职前培养课程设置应依据《指南》,遵循《教师教育课程标准(试行)》的明确要求,开设“幼儿活动与指导”类课程;幼儿园教师职后培训应以《指南》为重要内容,尤其要特别重视《指南》“目标”所确定的各领域核心价值、《指南》对幼儿“各年龄段典型表现”的描述以及所提教育建议。
Guide of Learning and Development for 3-6-year-old Children is an important document whose aim is mainly to promote the kindergarten teachers' professional quality and advance the quality of early childhood education, which makes the background of great development in our country. This paper illustrated the significance of the Guide for pre-service education and in-service training for kindergarten teachers, and gave some suggestions for the practice of the Guide in the education and training.
