摘要
为研究稠油热采岩石层的温度模型系统,建立了模型的岩石层的温度控制并对其进行数值求解.研究了模型岩石层以及最外层保温系统的传热、冷却系统的强对流换热并采用导热耦合的方式进行联合求解计算.在精确求解的基础上,根据模型的实际计算需求,优化计算方法以及相应计算模型,从而节省65%的计算时间.结果表明,其优化的计算方式不仅能满足工程模拟计算的需要,并且加快了实际计算速度,能够较好地适用于稠油热采岩石层的温度快速计算.
This paper established a heavy oil thermal recovery lithosphere temperature model system and numerically solved the model of the lithosphere temperature control system. The heat transfer of the heat insulation systems outside the model rock layers as well as the outermost layer and the convective heat transfer of cooling systems process are coupled calculation and jointly solved. Based on the exact solution and the actual computing needs of the model, this paper optimized the calculation method and the corresponding model, thus saving 65% of the computing time. The results showed that the optimization calculation method can not only satisfy the needs of engineering simulation, but also makes the actual calculation speed faster and can be applied to heavy oil thermal recovery temperature of the lithosphere quick calculation.
