摘要
天津地铁Z1线和5号线文化中心换乘站中间柱采用深孔水下钢管柱一次定位安装技术,并应用地标定位后浇筑混凝土、钢管柱内底部混凝土灌注和吊装钢管柱等技术。采用深孔水下钢管柱一次定位安装技术可省略抽排泥浆步骤,不加钢护筒,取得了简化施工工序、缩短工时和降低成本的效果。
Intermediate column project of the Cultural Center station,which is a transfer station between Tianjin subway lines Z1 and 5,adopts one-off positioning and installation technique of underwater deep hole steel pipe column,and various critical techniques are used,such as concrete pouring after geographical coordinate positioning,bottom concrete pouring in steel pipe column and lifting of steel pipe column,etc.One-off positioning and installation technique of underwater deep hole steel pipe column doesn't need slurry pumping and drainage and setting of steel retaining cylinder,so it successfully realize simplified construction process,short construction schedule and low construction costs.
