焊接结构的振动时效工艺分析与优化 被引量:2

摘要 从振动时效的机制入手,阐述了振动效果评价与最佳工艺参数选择是焊接构件振动时效技术的关键。从理论与试验相结合的角度,研究了激振频率、激振力、振动时间对振动时效的影响,优化了盲孔检测法,并针对1Cr18Ni9Ti、5A06、20等3种常见材料的焊接构件进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:1Cr18Ni9Ti、5A06、20焊接试板的应力消除率分别达到98.8%、45.3%、44.1%,验证了工艺参数选择的正确性,进一步表明振动时效优于热时效。 Based on the mechanism of vibratory stress relief,it was expounded the evaluation of vibration effect and parameters optimal selection were the key technology of vibratory stress relief for welding structure. The effects of excitation frequency,excitation force,excitation time on vibratory stress relief were studied with both theoretical and experimental point of view,and the blind-hole method was optimized. Three common welding pieces with material of 1Cr18Ni9 Ti,5A06,20 were experimented. It is revealed that the stress elimination ratio of the welding pieces reach 98. 8%,45. 3%,44. 1% respectively,which validates the correction of the selected process parameters and concludes that vibratory stress relief is superior to the thermal relief.
