摘要 在分析3 MW风电机组转轴技术要求和原加工工艺的基础上,设计了数控加工新工艺和专用夹具,提高了零件加工质量。提出使用标准轴检验零件尺寸的方法,统一了供需双方的检验基准,提高了检验的准确性和有效性。设计了专用杆尺测量工具替代通用量具,减少了人力成本,提高了测量精度和测量效率。 Based on the technical requirements of 3 MW wind turbine shaft and the previous processing technology,a new processing technology and special fixtures were designed to improve the quality of parts processing. A method of measuring the parts with standard shaft was put forward by which the measurement benchmarks of both the suppliers and users were unified. Thus the accuracy and efficiency of measuring were improved. A special rod meter was designed as a measuring tool to replace the common measuring tools,so labor cost was reduced and measuring accuracy and efficiency were improved.
