摘要
利用高压气体来进行润滑的方式在精密机械领域得到了广泛应用。为此,采用PID算法、二级串联控制,设计了一种仪用高稳定度气体压力源。简单介绍了稳压气源的软、硬件设计方案,分析了气源的整体性能测试结果。实验结果表明:该系统的PID参数的初始最佳取值为KP=0.6,KI=2,KD=0;流量在0-15 L/min内,该系统可以获得一个较为理想的稳定状态,且相对误差小于2%。
The lubrication method of high pressure gas has been widely applied in the field of precision machinery. Therefore,stable pressure source with high accuracy for instruments was designed using fuzzy PID algorithm and two series control scheme. The software and hardware of the stable pressure source were introduced. And the experimental results of overall performance of the gas source were analyzed. The results show that: the top argument of the PID parameters is KP= 0. 6,KI= 2,KD= 0. Meanwhile,the flow rate within the scope of 5 - 15 L /min,the system can obtain a more ideal steady-state,and the relative error is less than 2%.
