摘要
针对K3V轴向柱塞泵的流道非定常流动,应用CFD软件对柱塞泵的流场进行了数值分析。利用滑移网格技术与动网格技术对柱塞泵缸体的旋转运动与柱塞的直线运动进行了动态模拟,得到了柱塞泵油膜在不同时刻的压力云图、泵出口流量变化曲线以及柱塞腔内压力变化曲线,对流量倒灌现象进行了分析,为K3V柱塞泵流道设计提供理论基础。
According to the unsteady flow of the K3 V axial piston pump,the flow field of the K3 V axial piston pump was analyzed by CFD software. The rotatory movement of the piston pump block and the rectilinear movement of the piston were dynamically simulated on the base of sliding mesh and dynamic mesh. The pressure contour of the piston pump oil-film,the flow rate curve of the pump outlet and pressure curve of the piston cavity were gained. The phenomenon of flow backward was analyzed. The research provides theoretical basis for the design of the K3 V axial piston pump channel.
