摘要
液压缸是一种应用广泛的执行元件。依据液压机设计理论,介绍四柱式液压机液压缸结构设计方法,对缸筒部件进行静态有限元分析,提出优化改进方案,有限元分析结果表明改进设计合理。
The hydraulic cylinder is a widely used actuators. Based on the design theory for hydraulic press,the structure design method of four-column hydraulic press hydraulic cylinder was introduced. Static finite element analysis of cylinder part was done. Then optimization scheme was proposed. The finite element analysis results show that the improvement design is reasonable.
