摘要
核桃峪煤矿副井深1 005m,采用3套大能力单钩吊桶提升,伞形钻架凿岩,5.0m中深孔光面爆破,HZ-6型中心回转式抓岩机装岩,CX75型挖掘机刷帮清底,大段高MJY型液压整体下移式金属模板砌壁等立井综合机械化配套施工技术凿井,冻结段井筒连续4个月月进尺超百米,实现了安全快速施工。
A mine auxiliary shaft of Hetaoyu Mine was 1 005 min depth.Three high capacity single hook sinking buckets were applied to the hoisting.An umbrella drilling frame was applied to the rock drilling.A medium deep borehole with a depth of 5.0m was applied to the smooth blasting.A HZ-6 mode central rotary grab was applied to the rock loading and a CX75 mode excavator was applied to the sidewall and floor cleaning.A high section MJY hydraulic completed downward type metal pattern plate was applied to the mine shaft lining and other fully mechanized matched construction technology was applied to the mine shaft sinking.A month shaft sinking rate at the freezing section of the mine shaft was over 100 min 4 continued months and a safety rapid construction was realized.
