摘要
为满足市场需求,天津钢铁集团有限公司采用加入钒微合金的设计方法,成功研制开发出了Q460C圆钢。根据钒的强化原理,制定合理的化学成分和严格的生产工艺制度,使其获得了较高的强度和较好的机械性能。结果表明,Q460C低合金高强度结构圆钢的各项性能均符合国家标准,能够满足生产要求。
In order to meet the demand of the market,Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Company Limited successfully adopted a method of adding trace amount of vanadium to develop the product of Q460 C round steel bar.Reasonable chemical composition and strict production process system were formulated based on vanadium strengthening principle so that Q460 C round steel bar acquired high strength and good mechanical properties.Results showed all properties of Q460 C low alloy high strength structural round steel bar were in compliance with state standard and production requirement could be met.
