优化孔型设计在四线切分生产中的实践

摘要 介绍了天钢棒材四切分轧制技术,通过分析三切分与四切分轧制工艺,对螺纹钢成品质量的影响,重新优化设计中轧机组侧压孔型,解决了四切分轧制线差大、工序能力不足的问题,实现了四切分轧制生产稳定;通过优化中轧K5孔型,使侧压孔型K5、预切分孔型K4、切分孔型K3,四线切分轧制中最为关键的3个道次,得到合理匹配,外形尺寸满足国标与用户的要求。K5孔型通过优化设计后,提高了四切分轧制工艺工序能力,螺纹钢力学性能和使用性能得到了有效保障。 The paper introduces four slitting rolling technology applicated in Bar Rolling Mill,Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Company Limited.Analysis on influence by three slitting and four slitting rolling processes on rebar quality and side pass re-optimization and designing for intermediate rolling train solved the problems of big strand difference and insufficient process capability in four slitting rolling and achieved the stable production of four slitting rolling.Optimization of K5 pass for intermediate rolling mill enabled the most critical passes,i.e.,K5 side pass,K4 pre-slitting pass and K3 slitting pass,to reasonably match with each other and outline dimensions met the requirement by international standards and the customer.After design optimization,K5 pass increased the process capability of four slitting rolling and rebar mechanical properties and application properties were effectively ensured.
