天钢一次除尘三管放散塔点火装置改造

Modification of Ignition Device for Triple Pipe Discharging Tower of Primary Dedusting System at TISC

为实现节能降耗,对天钢一次除尘三管放散塔点火装置进行改造,去除了原有常明火装置,在每根放散管顶部安装3套直燃式高空点火伴烧器。改造后可以实现自动检测点火,不需外部任何燃气伴烧,节约了大量能源,减少了经济损失,同时提高了火炬设施的使用寿命,排除了安全隐患,达到了环保要求。

In order to save energy and reduce consumption,the ignition device for the triple pipe discharging tower of primary dedusting system was modified at Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Company Limited（TISC）.Original uninterrupted open fire device was removed and three sets of direct-fired overhead igniting pilot burner were installed.After modification,automatic detection ignition could be achieved without any external fuel gas combustion.Thus,substantial energy was saved and economic loss reduced.Meanwhile torch service life was raised and hidden danger in safety eliminated.Environmental requirements were met as well.
