摘要
为提高高炉重量布料控制准确度,对称量罐测量环节进行研究,提出了称量系统的调整和维护方法。通过对称量系统进行分析和优化,使测量准确度满足了重量配料的要求,保证了高炉按重量布料方式的实现。
In order to improve the control accuracy of BF weight distribution,the author carries out study on weighing hopper measurement,proposes the adjustment and maintenance method for weighing system.Analysis was made and optimization conducted on weighing system.Measuring accuracy met the requirement of weighing blending and the realization of BF weight distribution method was ensured.
