重金属污染问题在食品、中药、环境等方面都引起人们的高度重视,因此对重金属的检测方法研究也在不断发展。文章从常见的重金属元素检测方法到快速检测方法进行了综合论述,总结了各种检测方法的优点及存在的问题,并提出了重金属检测技术应朝向高灵敏度和准确性、快速有效、经济实用的小型便携化仪器联用的方向发展的展望。

The pollution of heavy metals in food,medicine,environment and other aspects was paid more and more attention,so that study on the detection of heavy metals was developing. The heavy metals detection methods were summarized from the common detection methods to rapid detection methods,the advantages and disadvantages of various methods. And the heavy metal detection technology should be the development of portable instrument towards high sensitivity and accuracy,fast and effective,and economical and practical.
