生、炙百部分别与黄芩配伍后黄芩苷含量比较 被引量:1

Comparison of Baicalin Concent in Stemona tuberose-Scutellaria baicalens or Honey Processed Stemona tuberose-Scutellaria baicalens Match Pair

摘要 采用RE-HPLC方法测定生、炙百部分别与黄芩配伍后化学成分含量进行比较。流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(47∶53∶0.2),流速:1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长:280 nm。生、炙百部分别与黄芩配伍后黄芩苷与其它成分分离度良好。高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定黄芩苷,可达线分离,黄芩苷对照品进样量在0.069-0.299μg范围内呈线性关系,R=0.9997,平均回收率为96.93%,RSD=1.5%(n=6)。表明该方法简便快捷,结果准确,重现性好,生方中平均含量为47.5 mg·g-1;炙方中平均含量为60.0 mg·g-1。 Baicalin of Stemona tuberose- Scutellaria baicalens or honey processed Stemona tuberose- Scutellaria baicalens match pair was determined by RE- HPLC. The chromatographic conditions were ODS analytic chromatographic column,the mobile phrase consisted of methanol- water- phosphoric acid( 47 ∶53 ∶0. 2),at a rate of 1. 0 mL ·min- 1. The wavelength for detection was 280 nm. The concentration of Bailalin was liner in the range of 0. 069 - 0. 299μg and R =0. 9997. The average recovery was 96. 93% and RSD = 1. 5%( n = 6). It showed the method was simple,fast,accurate and reproducible,the average content in Stemona tuberose- Scutellaria baicalens match pair was 47. 5 mg·g-1and the content in honey processed Stemona tuberose- Scutellaria baicalens matchpire match pair was 60. 0 mg·g- 1.
