摘要
主要对饮食业油烟监测工作中所遇到的问题,结合实践《饮食业油烟排放标准》(GB18483-2001)过程中的各种体会,从油烟的采样、分析和结果计算中所遇到的一些问题进行探讨,并提出相应的解决对策:油烟监测前,应确保采样位置的规范,必须对采样断面和位置进行优化选择;油烟监测中,应确保采样工况的正常;结果计算中由于厨房每个灶头发热功率的不同和每个灶头产生油烟量的不同,必须把实际工作灶头数换算为折算工作灶头数,才具有一致性和可比性。
Focused on the cooking fume monitoring problems in working and integrated with experiences in carrying out Emission Standards of Cooking Fume( GB18483- 2001),some problems of cooking fume monitoring were discussed from cooking fume sampling,analysis and calculation of results. The corresponding solutions were making sure sampling position criteria and optimizing sampling section and position before cooking fume monitoring. During cooking fume monitoring,normal sampling condition was guaranteed. In the calculation of the kitchen stove smoke every heating power and different amount of practical work,practical work kitchen range number conversion for the conversion work stove number must be taken to have consistency and comparability.
