凝胶含量是顺丁橡胶的重要质量指标,它直接影响到生产反应、产品的内在质量和加工性能。降低凝胶含量,一直是顺丁橡胶技术攻关的目标。通过多年来的研究,结合生产实际,叙述了凝胶对顺丁橡胶生产的影响,重点分析了凝胶生成的原因,提出了如何在生产过程中控制凝胶生成的方法。使产品具备玻璃化温度低,压缩变形小,分子量容易控制,分子量分布也较宽,加工性能好等特点。

The gel content was an important quality index of butadiene rubber and directly affected the reaction of production,the intrinsic quality of products and processing properties. Lower gel content was the technological goal of butadiene rubber factories. Combined with years of research with the actual production,the effect of gel on butadiene rubber production was illustrated,the reason of gel formation was analyzed,and the methods of how to control the gel generated in the production process were put forward. The products had low glass transition temperature,compression deformation was small, easy to control the molecular weight, molecular weight distribution was wide, and the characteristics of good processing performance.
