The necessity of setting up bilingual teaching of Spectral Analysis course in the pharmacy was discussed,and its significance in developing student＇s professional competence was pointed out. The important ways of improving the teaching results were strengthening the construction of teacher,raising the student＇s level of English,choosing suitable teaching material,reforming teaching methods and teaching model and examination model.
