摘要 目的评价全自动US-2026尿液有形成分分析仪诊断性能。方法收集本院2013年3月1日-4月1日我院门诊和住院患者423份尿液样本,其中350份用于细胞诊断评估,73份用于管型诊断评估。结果研究表明US-2026尿液有形成分分析仪对红细胞、白细胞的检出灵敏度和特异性较高,均>80%;与人工镜检相比符合率分别为红细胞84.5%,白细胞82.3%,管型60.6%,上皮细胞78.8%。结论全自动US-2026尿液有形成分分析仪与人工显微镜检测结果有较好的一致性,可减少尿液人工镜检率,缩短标本检测周期。 Objective To assess the diagnostic performance of automated urine particle analyzer US-2026. Methods Of the 423 urine samples collected from patients who visited the outpatient department or admitted to our hospital from March 1,2013 to April 1, 2013, 350 were used in cellular diagnosis using US-2026 and 73 were used in cast cell diagnosis using US-2026. Results The sensitivity and specificity of US-2026 were higher than 80% for detecting red blood cells and white blood cells. The rate of red blood cells, white blood cells, cast and epithelial cells that detected using US-2026 was 84.5%, 82.3%, 60.6%, and 78.8%, respectively, which was consistent with that detected by manual microscopy. Conclusion The consistency of US 2026 and manual microscopy is rather good in detecting different types of cells. US-2026 can shorten the detection cycle of urine samples.
