骨形成蛋白信号通路在胸腺T细胞分化发育中的作用

摘要 骨形成蛋白(bone morphogenetic protein,BMP)是转化生长因子-β(transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β)家族成员中最大的一族,因其能在异位诱导骨和软骨形成而得名。BMP信号通路不仅在胚胎发育过程中发挥关键作用,其在促进胸腺的发育和T细胞分化发育中也发挥着重要的作用。本文对BMP信号通路及其对胸腺T细胞分化发育影响的最新研究进展作一综述。 Bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) is the biggest and well known member of transforming growth factor- β(TGF- β ) family because they can induce bone and cartilage formation. BMP signal pathway plays an important role not only in embryonic development but also in thymus development and T cell differentiation and development. Following is a review of the recent advances in BMP signaling pathway and its role in T cell differentiation and development.
