Role of nuclear matrix in regulation of osteoblasts

摘要 核基质蛋白及核基质结合蛋白在成骨细胞的增殖分化、信号转导以及凋亡等过程中均扮演着重要角色。本文概述了Nmp4/CIZ、Satb2、DNA TopoisomeraseⅡ等重要核基质蛋白在成骨细胞上述过程中的调控作用。 Nuclear matrix proteins and nuclear matrix binding proteins act as important roles in the process of proliferation, differentiation, signal transduction and apoptosis of osteoblast. The newly investigative progresses of the regulating function in osteoblasts of several important nuclear matrix proteins, including Nmp4/CIZ, Satb2, DNA Topoisomerase Ⅱ , are summarized in this study.
