摘要
文章对内蒙古包钢西北创业普特钢管有限公司微张力定减径机的孔型系列规律进行分析研究,设计了生产热轧无缝方管的生产工艺、孔型参数及轧辊转速。经现场轧制规格为110 mm×110 mm×6 mm热轧无缝方形钢管产品检测结果表明:热轧无缝方管的外形尺寸和力学性能均满足相关标准要求,热轧无缝方管的定径生产工艺、孔型参数及轧辊转速设计合理可行。
In the paper, the manufacturing technology, groove parameters and rotating speed of rollers for hot rolled seamless square tubes are designed through analyzing and researching the series of laws for groove of sizing mill with micro tension in Common and Special Steel Tubes Co. Ltd.. The detection results of 110 mm× 110 mm× 6 mm hot rolled seam- less square tubes show that both of the physical dimension and mechanical properties could meet the requirements of relative standards so that the design of sizing process, groove parameters and rotating speed of rollers for hot rolled seamless square tubes is rational and feasible.
