摘要
为了获得27CrMo钢种升级为P110钢级套管的最佳热处理工艺,研究了热处理工艺对27CrMo力学性能和冲击性能的影响。研究结果表明,淬火温度和淬火保温时间对实验钢的拉伸性能影响不大,其对实验钢的冲击性能影响较大,实验钢的冲击功随着淬火温度的升高呈两段上升趋势,而随着淬火保温时间的延长呈上升趋势;随着回火温度升高,实验钢的屈服强度和抗拉强度呈下降趋势,而伸长率和冲击功均呈上升趋势。
In order to get the optimal heat treatment technology for P110 (27CrMo) casings, the influences of heat treat- ment technology on mechanical properties and impact property of 27CrMo are studied. The results show that the effects of temperature and soaking time for quenching on tensile properties of experimental steel are not great while the effects of them on impact property of experimental steel are great. The ballistic work of experimental steel rises in two stages with the rise of quenching temperature and rises with the extension of soaking time for quenching, the yield strength and tensile strength of experimental steel descend as well as the elongation and ballistic work rise with the rise of tempering temperature.
