SO_2红外分析系统在包钢除氟脱硫工艺中的应用

摘要 介绍了红外吸收光谱法测量原理,对比分析气体污染监测系统常用的几种主要样气采样方法的优缺点,阐述直接抽取采样法SO2红外分析系统的构成,在包钢烧结烟气除氟脱硫检测工艺应用中多次出现的故障及相应的改进措施。 In the paper,it is introduced the measuring principles of infra - red absorption spectroscopy as well as compared and analyzed the merits and drawbacks for several common sampling methods of main sample gas. Moreover, it is elaborated the composition of SO2 infrared ray analytical system for sampling with direct extraction as well as the common faults and relative improvement measures in the applications of fluoride removal and desulfurization technology for exhaust gas in Sintering Workshop of Baotou Steel.
