摘要
文章以原子发射光谱理论为分析基础,利用油料光谱仪,经条件实验,工作曲线绘制,开发出润滑油、液压油中Fe、Al、Cu、Ni、Cr、Sn、Pb、Mn、Ag、V、Si、Cd、Ti、B、Ca、Zn、Ba、P、Mg等19种微量磨损金属元素、污染元素及添加剂元素快速测定方法,方法分析结果的准确度、精密度满足美国ASTM D 6595标准要求。该法通过油料成分测定可为企业机械设备磨损提供趋势分析、为设备维修诊断提供检测依据。
In the paper, it is introduced the rapid determination method for such 19 metallic elements, pollution ele- ments and elements of additive with micro abrasiveness as Fe, A1, Cu, Ni, Cr, Sn, Pb, Mn, Ag, V, Si, Cd, Ti, B, Ca, Zn, Ba, P and Mg in lubricant and hydraulic oil is developed through condition experiment and drawing working curves with multi - el- ement oil analyzer based on the theory of atomic emission spectroscopy(AES). The accuracy and precision of analysis re- suits with the method could satisfy the requirements of ASTM D 6595 Standard. Moreover, the method could provide the trend analysis of abrasion for mechanical equipment of enterprises as well as testing basis for maintenance as well as diagno- sis of equipment through composition determination of oil plants.
