摘要
文章针对选矿厂翻车机旧的电气系统常见故障进行了详细的分析,找到了原控制系统故障频繁的原因,针对存在的问题制定了详细的方案,找到了解决问题的方法,对改造后运行效果进行了评价,对推广经验进行了总结。
In the paper, it is analyzed the common faults of old electrical system for car dumper in Concentration Plant in detail and found out the causes for frequent faults of old control system. Moreover,the detailed scheme is constituted for the existing problems and the solutions are found out as well as the operation effects after reform are evaluated and the ex- tending experience is summarized.
