摘要
该文通过分析国际工程翻译的特点,结合国际工程承包商对译员的要求以及翻译人员自身职业发展的考虑,探讨了符合国际工程发展需要的翻译人员培养和管理的有效途径。
To analyze the features of translation in international proj ect contracting,consider the international con-tractor’s requirement for the translators and translator’s vocational development,the article try to figure out the effec-tive way of training and management of translator to contribute the development of international contracting business of China.
