旋转弹用半捷联惯性测量系统数据传输技术 被引量:4

摘要 针对高速旋转弹药姿态高精度测量问题,提出了一种基于半捷联结构的惯性测量方案,讨论了半捷联减旋平台上弹丸发射前初始参数装订及飞行过程中存在相对旋转情况下导航信息的传递方法,设计并重点介绍了多级蓝牙无线数据传输方案。在此基础上,进行了地面转台模拟试验,完成了多级蓝牙间数据通信测试。结果表明,采用蓝牙方案进行数据传输方便可靠,利于半捷联平台的小型化设计;载体姿态角解算误差小于0.4°,满足高速旋转弹药精度测试要求。 Considering the problem of high precision attitude measurement for high speed rotating ammunition, a semi-strapdown inertial measurement system solution was proposed and projectile' s initial parameter binding before launch and the navigation information transfer method in the case of existing relative rotation during flight for semi-strapdown platform were discussed, then the multistage bluetooth wirelessdata transmission solution was designed and introduced. On this basis, ground turntable simulation test was carried out, and then multistage bluetooth data communication test was finished. The experiment results show that the bluetooth solution for data transmission is convenient and reliable, which is helpful for miniaturization of semi-strapdown platform. At the same time, the calculating error of attitude angle of carrier is less than 0.4 o, which meets the requirement for accuracy test of high-speed rotating ammunition.
