摘要
针对喷嘴挡板式射流执行机构一次性工作的特点,提出以压缩空气代替燃气检测射流执行机构性能的方法。对压缩空气和燃气下射流执行机构的静态推力和动态延迟时间进行研究。结果表明,两种工作介质下的静态推力基本一样,可以使用压缩空气进行检测;燃气下的动态性能优于压缩空气下,因此建立压缩空气检测动态延迟时间的评价体系,为使用压缩空气检测射流执行机构的性能提出依据。
A method of testing jet actuators was presented due to their characteristic of disposability. Research was done on the static thrust and dynamic delay time under compressed air and gas. Results show that the static thrust under both the medium is essentially the same, so it can be tested by compressed air. The dynamic performance under gas is superior to the compressed air, and therefore the evaluation system can be established to present the basis for detecting jet actuators by compressed air.
