摘要
文中使用Autodyn-2D对穿甲弹冲击起爆导弹战斗部的过程进行了模拟,通过改变弹径、弹长和平头直径比并对不同工况进行分别计算,分析了以上因素对临界起爆速度的影响。利用分析结果设计了有利于引爆的220 g穿甲弹弹芯尺寸。设计结果为:弹径取16~18 mm,对应的弹长为49.1~62.2 mm。
Autodyn-2D was used to simulate the process of armor-piercing projectile shock initiating missile warhead. By calculating differ- ent working conditions and changing projectile diameter, length and flat diameter ratio, the influence of the factors above on critical initiation velocity was analyzed. A 220 g armor-piercing projectile core part was designed in dimensions conducive to initiation using analyzing results. The dimensional design result is that the projectile diameter is 16 - 18 mm, the respecting projectile length is 49.1 -62.2 mm.
