摘要
采用粘弹性不可压增量有限元法,研究了应力释放罩对固体发动机的结构完整性和内弹道性能的影响。结果表明,应力释放罩虽然在降推进剂内孔中段表面的应变强度方面作用有限,但是能够显著降低包覆层/推进剂界面的应力水平而利于保持发动机的结构完整性,同时也能够减缓推进剂端部的冲击变形而利于稳定发动机的内弹道性能。
Structural function of stress release cover in solid motor was analyzed by using incremental viscoelastic impressible FEM. The results show that, although the stress release cover has no beneficial effects on decreasing strain strength on internal surface of middle solid propellant grain, it can reduce cladding/interface interfacial stress level which is beneficial for maintaining structural integrity of solid motor, and can minish the ballistic deformation of ends of solid propellant, which is beneficial for stabilizing interior trajectory performance of solid motor.
