摘要 高校教师的满意度是指高校教师通过对工作相关状况的评估,而产生的主观感受和看法,它是由多个层面构成的复合概念。尽管因地区、院校层次、年龄、职称的不同,教师会对各自院校的满意度各有不同,但在工资待遇、学校管理、职称评定、进修机会、工作环境、人际关系等方面明显具有不满意因素的共性。学校要创造最好的福利待遇,满足教师基本物质条件的需要;营造良好的校园氛围,满足教师被尊重的需要;改革薪酬分配制度,满足不同人群的需要;建立科学的人才培养机制,满足职业发展的需要。 University teachers' job satisfaction is a kind of subjective feeling and opinion which arises from the assessment on the job-related status by teachers. It is a compound concept including multiple dimensions. Although teachers hold various satisfactions toward their universities due to the difference of areas, levels of universities, ages, and titles, there are something in common lies in these factors, such as, salary and treatment, university management, assessment of titles, opportunities for further study, working environment and interpersonal relationship. Universities should create better benefits in order to meet the demand of teachers' basic material requirement by fostering a good campus atmosphere, to meet the need of teachers to be respected by reformingthe salary allotting system, to meet the requirement of distinct groups through building a scientific talents-cultivated mechanism, and to meet the need of the career development.
