摘要
对信息的流动机制进行分析,根据信息流动力将技术转移分为三种模式:科研导向型、市场导向型和政府导向型;从需求动力和运行环节出发对三种模式进行比较;结合现状,挖掘技术转移流程中的信息断点并提出解决办法。
Based on the analysis of flow mechanism of information, the technology transfer is divided into three modes from dynamic of information flow： scientific research-oriented, market-oriented and government-oriented. And from demand dynamic and operation procedure, the three modes are compared with each other. And at last, the information breakpoints in the mining technology transfer process are discussed and solutions are aiven.
