摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT的肺动脉造影及后处理技术对肺动脉栓塞(PE)的诊断及临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析23例经多层螺旋CT确诊为肺动脉栓塞的影像资料,并应用MPR、MIP、VR等后处理方法不同角度显示肺动脉及其栓子情况,观察肺动脉栓塞的影像征象。结果 23例PE病例中,中央型PE 13例,周围型PE 10例,CT表现为肺动脉内不规则斑块状附壁样缺损,周围有或无高密度对比剂包绕。结论多层螺旋CT对PE的诊断准确率高,可作为诊断肺动脉栓塞的首选影像学检查方法。 Objective To evaluate the multi-slice spiral CT PA and post-processing techniques in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism and its clinical application value. Methods The imaging data of 23 patients with multi-slice spiral CT PA confirmed the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism were analyzed. The pulmonary artery and embolic, imaging findings of pulmonary embolism were demonstrated with MPR, MIP and VR. Results Of 23 cases of pulmonary artery embolism (PE) cases, there were 13 cases with central type PE, 10 cases with peripheral PE. CT showed pulmonary artery irregular plaque wall was defect around with or without high density contrast wrapping. Conclusion Multi slice spiral C T P A has become the first choice of imaging diagnosis of pulmonary embolism diagnosis methods.
