摘要
目的分析XE-2100与XT-4000i测定结果的一致性。方法参照美国临床实验室标准化协会(CLSI)出版的EP9-A2文件,以sysmexXE-2100和sysmexXT-4000i血细胞分析仪进行比对,其中XT-4000i作为实验目标,XE-2100作为比对目标。用EDTA-K2抗凝的新鲜患者全血分别在两台仪器进行白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血小板(PLT)、红细胞比容(HCT)5项参数测定结果进行比对,分析两个检测系统测定结果的差异,以美国临床实验室修正法规(CLIA′88)规定的室间质量评价允许误差范围的1/2为标准,判断测定结果的可比性。结果两台仪器的批内及批间精密度均符合要求。各参数中白细胞(WBC)的相关系数(r)值为0.9989,红细胞(RBC)的相关系数(r)值为0.9989,血小板(PLT)的相关系数(r)值为0.9958,血红蛋白(Hb)的相关系数(r)值为0.9985,红细胞比容(HCT)的相关系数(r)值为0.9976。数据结果经过t检验后发现5项参数均无统计学意义(P>0.05),两台仪器具有良好可比性。结论两台仪器的检测结果具有良好的一致性,均满足临床实验的要求。
Objective To analyze consistency of measurement results between SysmexXE-2100 and SysmexXT- 4000i. Methods Referring to the American clinical Laboratory Standards, SysmexXE-2100 and SysmexXT-4000i hematology analyzer were contrasted. The leukocytes (WBC), red blood cell (RBC), hemoglobin (Hb), platelet (PLT) and hematocrit (HCT) were detected, and then differences between the two detection system were analyzed. Results The two instruments meet the precision requirements. White blood cell (WBC) correlation coefficient (r) was 0. 9989. Red blood cell (RBC) correlation coefficient (r) was 0. 9989. Platelet (PLT) correlation coefficient (r) was 0. 9958. Hemoglobin (Hb) correlation coefficient (r) value was 0. 9985. Hematocrit (HCT) correlation coefficient (r) was 0. 9976. Both instruments have good comparability. Conclusion Both instruments have good consistency and meet the requirements of clinical trials.
