摘要
癌症爆发痛的治疗在提高癌症患者生活质量方面极其重要。目前,临床治疗癌症爆发痛的主要药物为即释吗啡类。即释芬太尼类是近年研究较多的新型即释阿片类,目前已开发出不同的剂型。在癌症爆发痛患者的临床治疗中,应根据患者不同的疼痛特点选择适合的药物剂型。本文就目前即释芬太尼的不同剂型从一般特性、药物疗效对比研究、安全性、患者满意度等几个方面作一综述。
Treatment of breakthrough cancer pain is extremely important for improving the quality of life of cancer patients. Currently, immediate release morphine-like drugs is the major clinical treatment of breakthrough cancer pain. Immediate release fentanyl is a new immediate release opioids researched in recent years, and has been developed different formulations. In clinical we should select the appropriate pharmaceutical formulations according to the characteristics of patients with different pain. In this paper, the current different immediate-release fentanyl is reviewed from the general characteristics, comparative study of drug efficacy, security, satisfaction of patient and other aspects.
