摘要
在相同型砂配比和试验条件下,分析了原砂粒度分布与碱性酚醛树脂砂抗压强度的关系.试验结果表明,30~50目和40~70目的原砂最适合于碱性酚醛树脂砂工艺,可减少碱性酚醛树脂的用量,降低生产成本,提高铸件质量.
The relationship between grain size distribution of base sand and compressive strength of alkaline phenolic resin sand was analyzed at the same sand formula and test conditions. The test results show that the base sand with 30-50 mesh or 40-70 mesh is most suitable for alkaline phenolic resin sand process, which can decrease the amount of alkaline phenolic resin, reduce production cost, and improve the quality of castings.
