简述了大型压铸模具数值模拟优化的过程,对压铸模具新材料HDD钢的性能进行了分析,探讨了等温热处理和氮化-氧化表面处理工艺对压铸模具性能的影响.试验及生产应用结果表明,HHD钢具有较高的淬透性、较好的耐磨性和抗热疲劳性;真空等温热处理工艺可解决大型压铸模具开裂、变形和淬不透的难题;HHD钢氮化处理后热熔损降低54%,氮化-氧化复合处理后热熔损降低90%.
The process of numerical simulation and optimization for large die-casting die was described briefly. The performance of HDD steel for die-casting die was analyzed, and the effects of isothermal vacuum quenching and nitrizing-oxidizing surface treatment on the properties of die-casting die were discussed. Test and production application results show that the HHD steel has higher hardenability and better abrasion resistance and thermal fatigue resistance. The isothermal vacuum quenching process can solve the crack, deformation and no through quenching of large die-casting die. The thermal fatigue- erosion losses of HHD steel reduce by 54% after nitriding treatment, and the thermal fatigue-erosion losses reduce by 90% after nitrizing-oxidizing surface treatment.
