摘要 分析了铸件浇注与凝固过程中易烧结部位的热场分布,确定了不同工艺条件下配重件的良性热场和不良热场,探讨了砂芯烧结缺陷形成的主要原因.在V法铸造工艺设计中采取相应的工艺措施和积极的工艺干预以消除对热场分布的不良影响,获取了健全的铸件.对同一种铸件几个工艺方案的对比,说明热场分析方法在V法铸造生产中的实用价值. The distribution of thermal field for the parts sintered easily in pouring and solidification process of casting was analyzed, the optimum and harmful thermal field of counter weight castings was determined at different process conditions, and the main causes of sand core sintering defects were discussed. Using the corresponding process measures in V-process design, the bad influence of thermal field was eliminated to obtain a sound casting. The comparison of several process schemes shows that the analysis of thermal field has practical value in V-process.
