摘要
分析了支架失效的原因,针对悬臂砂芯的特点,设计了EPS芯撑,解决了金属芯撑熔合不良、漏气、应力集中等问题.浇注验证的结果表明,通过使用EPS芯撑,在同样空间的铸型中可以多布置支架铸件,从而有效地改善铸件的工艺出品率,并最大限度地利用铸型空间,提高了生产效率.
The failure reasons of bracket were analyzed. According to the characteristics of balanced core, the EPS chaplet was designed to solve bad fusion of metal chaplet, leakage, stress concentration and so on. The pouring results show that more brackets can be decorated in the same space of casting mold through the use of EPS chaplet. Thus the product rate of castings is improved effectively, the space of casting mold is maximized, and the production efficiency is improved.
