摘要
目的分析采用多功能超声扫描脑血管仪治疗脑血管意外患者的临床效果。方法选取我院2010年1月至2013年12月收治的126例脑血管意外患者为研究对象,按就诊顺序编号将其分为对照组和观察组,每组63例。其中对照组给予醒脑静注射液和依达拉奉治疗,观察组在此基础上采用多功能超声扫描脑血管仪治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果经治疗2周后,两组患者的神经功能缺损评分均有所改善,其中观察组与治疗前及对照组治疗后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组显效30例、有效18例、无效15例、治疗总有效率为76.19%(48/63),观察组显效45例、有效13例、无效5例、治疗总有效率为92.06%,两组总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用多功能超声扫描脑血管仪治疗脑血管意外可有效改善患者的肢体活动功能和生存质量,值得临床借鉴和推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of multifunctional ultrasonic scanning apparatus for the treatment of patients with cerebrovascular accident. Methods 126 patients with cerebrovascular accident in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013 were selected in this study, and divided into control group and observation group, with 63 cases in each group. All cases were treated with xingnaojing injection and edaravone, while patients in the observation group received therapy of multifunctional ultrasonic scanning apparatus for cerebrovascular scanning. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After 2 weeks of therapy, the neurological deficit score of the observation group decreased significantly (P 〈0.05), and was significantly lower than that of the control group after therapy (P〈0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.06% (58/63), significantly higher than 76.19% (48/63) of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusions Multifunctional ultrasonic scanning apparatus for the treatment of patients with cerebrovascular accident can improve patients' motor function of limbs and quality of life. which is worthy of clinical aoolication.
